Our 24-month programme aims to attract high-caliber graduates from specific disciplines as part of the Company. During the programme, our Building Surveyor Trainee and Engineer Trainee will be having thoughtfully planned job rotations to different property portfolios, project management of our new development, government authority and external consultants. They are supported to acquire professional qualifications of accredited professional institutes such as Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). Qualified mentors and supervisors would provide on-the-job training, coaching and insights to promote the personal development of each trainee.
